Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase, and if for any reason you are not, please contact me and I shall try to resolve any problems.
I do accept returns and will refund the cost of the item, but not the postal charge.
Any returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item, and it must be returned unused and undamaged with all the original packaging within the following 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return postage, unless item is faulty.
If your item is damaged in transit, or does not arrive within the appropriate timescale, please inform me, and I will replace or refund the item.
Please be aware that actual colours may appear differently on different screens and monitors.
If you are not sure about a colour, or would like some samples before ordering, please contact me and I can send you some small samples free of charge.
In line with the EU distance selling regulations, the buyer has the right to return items within 14 days of receipt without supplying any reason. If you have bought an item and wish to return it, please contact me here within 14 days of receipt. I will give you instructions to return, and item must be reurned within the next 14 days
Return postage is the buyer's responsibility.
Custom orders and personalized items are non-returnable unless faulty
